  • To separate the juice from the pulp, pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a bowl or pitcher, pressing down to extract as much juice as possible.
  • Pour the strained juice into an airtight glass jar and refrigerate. This delicious wellness shot can be stored for up to 1 week—just remember to shake well before each use.
