How to Make Pineapple Ham Steaks

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Brown each side of the ham steaks in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes.
  • Transfer the browned ham steaks to a baking dish.
  • Combine the remaining butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and allspice in the skillet, stirring until melted and well blended.
  • Pour the glaze over the ham steaks and top with pineapple slices.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
