For the Pork Chops

  • 4 pieces boneless pork loin chops at least 1" thick
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper freshly ground

For the Creamy Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup white wine dry like Sauvignon Blanc
  • 1 cup chicken stock or substitute with more white wine
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

For Garnish

  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil

Recipe Steps

  • Season the pork chops with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper on both sides.
  • Sear the pork chops in a skillet using butter and olive oil over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Combine flour, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a bowl, and sprinkle it over the golden pork chops in the slow cooker.
  • Pour white wine and chicken stock over the seasoned pork chops.
  • Add whipping cream, sun-dried tomatoes, and grated parmesan cheese to the slow cooker. Stir gently to combine.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
  • Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
