How to Make Garlic Herb Gnocchi

  • Prep Ingredients: Rinse and chop the bell peppers and red onion into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the grape tomatoes and gently dry them. Separate any clumps of frozen gnocchi.
  • Season: In a large bowl, combine gnocchi, tomatoes, bell peppers, and onion. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle in garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well-coated.
