  • 1 wheel Brie Remove the rind if desired
  • 1/2 cup Apricot Jam Try peach jam for a twist

For the Spicy Kick

  • 1/2 piece Jalapeño Finely chopped

For the Crunch

  • 1/2 cup Chopped Almonds Can substitute with walnuts or pecans

For Garnish

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme Dried thyme can be used

How to Make Baked Brie with Apricot Jam

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Remove the brie from its packaging and, if you prefer, remove the rind for an extra melty experience. Place the brie on the prepared baking sheet with the rounded side up.
  • Finely chop half a jalapeño and mix it into your apricot jam.
  • Spoon the jalapeño-infused apricot mixture evenly over the brie.
  • Generously sprinkle the chopped almonds on top.
  • Place your creation in the oven and bake for 13-15 minutes until the brie is perfectly melty and golden.

Notes

Drizzle with honey before serving for an extra touch of sweetness.
