Preparation

  • Slice the halloumi into fries about 1 cm thick for even cooking.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine sliced halloumi with cornstarch, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Toss gently to coat.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  • Drizzle olive oil over the coated halloumi fries and toss again.
  • Place the halloumi fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Drizzle warm honey over the fries immediately after cooking.
