How to Make Air Fryer Tortellini Crisps
Soften Tortellini: Start by boiling water and pouring it over the refrigerated tortellini in a bowl. Let them sit for about 3 minutes to soften, then drain and fluff them gently.
Coat Tortellini: In a large bowl, combine your softened tortellini with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well for an even coating.
Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes. Spray the basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Air Fry: Arrange the coated tortellini in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Keep Warm (Optional): If making multiple batches, keep the finished tortellini warm in an oven set to 200°F (93°C).
Serve: Plate them hot and serve with your favorite dipping sauce, like marinara or a creamy dip.
Notes
Optional: Garnish with freshly chopped basil for added flavor.
