How to Make Matcha Tiramisu White Chocolate

  • In a bowl, combine 12 grams of sifted matcha powder with 2 tablespoons of sugar, then gradually add 500 ml of hot water. Whisk until you achieve a frothy and vibrant green liquid, then let it cool to room temperature.
  • Mix 1 tablespoon of reserved heavy cream with 1 tablespoon of sifted matcha in a separate small bowl. Stir until a smooth paste forms.
  • In a large bowl, whip the remaining heavy cream to medium stiff peaks.
  • In another bowl, mix together the mascarpone cheese, granulated sugar, and the matcha paste. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
  • Dip the ladyfingers briefly in the cooled matcha liquid.
  • Place a layer of soaked ladyfingers in a square dish. Spread half of the matcha mascarpone filling over it. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  • Cover the dish and refrigerate overnight.
  • Dust the top with sifted cocoa powder or matcha before serving, and garnish with edible flowers.

Notes
