How to Make Baked Feta and Blackberry Crostini

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch rounds.
  • Brush both sides of the bread slices with olive oil.
  • Toast in the oven for about 8-10 minutes.
  • Crumble feta cheese into a bowl, optionally adding olive oil.
  • Spread feta over warm toasted bread.
  • Top each crostini with 2-3 blackberries, lightly crushing some.
  • Drizzle with honey or balsamic glaze and sprinkle with herbs.
