  • 3 ears Corn on the Cob Cut into 1.5-inch segments.
  • 1 large Yellow Onion Cut into wedges.
  • 1 Lemon Thinly sliced.

For the Seasoning

  • 4 tablespoons Melted Butter or Olive Oil Provides a rich coating.
  • 2 tablespoons Seafood Seasoning Blend Use a blend like Old Bay.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Herbs Parsley or thyme works great.
  • Salt and Black Pepper Season to taste.

For the Finish

  • Fresh Chopped Parsley For garnish.

How to Make One Pan Shrimp Bake

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss the potatoes, sausage, corn, and onion together in a large rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of melted butter or olive oil, half the seafood seasoning, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Combine the shrimp and lemon slices in a bowl. Add the remaining melted butter or olive oil, seafood seasoning, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
  • Add the shrimp mixture to the baked vegetables and distribute evenly.
  • Return to the oven and bake for an additional 8-12 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
