  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together softened butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla extract until combined.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in coconut flakes and macadamia nuts.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto prepared sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden around the edges. Allow cooling on wire racks before serving.
