  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
  3. Pour half of the filling over the crust; sprinkle additional lemon zest if desired. Add another layer of crust and top with remaining filling.
  4. Cover tightly and freeze for at least 4 hours or until set.
  5. Carefully remove from the pan, garnish as desired, and serve chilled.
