  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy (about 3 minutes).

  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just incorporated.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about two inches apart.
  7. Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until golden around the edges but soft in the center. Cool on wire racks.
  8. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl; dip half of each cookie into the melted chocolate and place back on parchment paper to set.
