Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract and buttermilk until smooth.
