  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • For the Glaze: 1/2 cup unsalted butter, 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 3 cups powdered sugar, 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine eggs, buttermilk, vegetable oil, and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Gradually pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients while stirring until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. For the glaze, melt butter over low heat; stir in cocoa powder. Add powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
