  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in sour cream and vanilla extract.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 45-55 minutes until set around the edges.
  5. Turn off the oven and let it cool inside for an hour with the door slightly ajar. Refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
