  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, and milk until smooth. Pour into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  5. Fill muffin tins two-thirds full and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting.
