  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and graham cracker crumbs. Gradually add to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  6. Scoop rounded balls of dough onto prepared baking sheets about two inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers are soft. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
