  • ½ cup honey

  3. In another bowl, cream the unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually combine the dry mixture with the wet ingredients while alternating with honey until just combined.
  6. Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Cool completely before frosting with whipped cream mixed with honey.
