  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup Rolo candies, halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract; beat until smooth.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Gently fold in halved Rolo candies.
  6. Drop dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them about two inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown but centers remain soft. Cool slightly before transferring to wire racks.
