  • 4 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix sugar and vegetable oil until combined. Add eggs one by one, followed by buttermilk and red food coloring.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just mixed.
  5. Fill cupcake liners about two-thirds full and bake for 20-22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
