Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Prepare the red velvet cake mix according to package instructions and pour half into the prepared pan.
  3. In another bowl, blend softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla; mix until fluffy.
