  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and eggs until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, mix all-purpose flour, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt.

  5. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spaced two inches apart.
