Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add pumpkin puree, egg, and vanilla extract; mix well.
  5. Gradually combine dry ingredients into the wet mixture without over-mixing.
  6. Fold in crushed graham crackers, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows.
  7. Scoop tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them about two inches apart.
