Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt or loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and cocoa powder.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, vanilla extract, and pumpkin puree until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined; avoid overmixing.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the pan. Add dollops of cocoa batter on top and swirl gently with a knife.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan for about ten minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
