  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp pink champagne for frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter until fluffy. Gradually add the dry mixture while mixing.
  4. Add eggs one at a time along with pink champagne and sour cream; mix until just combined.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among cupcake liners and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow cupcakes to cool completely before frosting. For the frosting, beat softened butter until fluffy; gradually add powdered sugar and champagne until smooth.
