Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla until blended. Pour into dry ingredients and stir until just combined; do not overmix.
  4. Gently fold in crushed Oreo cookies.
  5. Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow cupcakes to cool completely before frosting with your favorite icing and topping with crushed Oreos.
