  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 cup fresh orange juice (about 3 oranges)
  • Zest of 2 oranges
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan thoroughly.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream the softened butter and superfine sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the fresh orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing gently until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
