  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the bittersweet chocolate and butter together in short bursts until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, eggs, and egg yolks until frothy.
  4. Combine the melted chocolate mixture with the egg mixture, mixing gently. Fold in flour and salt until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter evenly into the ramekins and fill them three-quarters full.
  6. Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are set but the center remains soft.
  7. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or berries.
