  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup M&M's candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened butter until creamy. Gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
  5. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk into the butter mixture until combined.
  6. Fold in M&Ms gently and fill cupcake liners two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
