  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup M&M candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla until well combined.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in M&M candies gently.
  7. Scoop tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets about two inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet before transferring to wire racks.
