  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)

  • ½ cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Gradually combine dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just mixed.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows gently.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto prepared baking sheets about two inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes until slightly puffed but still soft in the center. Allow cooling on the sheet before transferring to wire racks.
