  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy; add eggs one at a time.
  4. Stir in honey and gradually combine with dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Fold in chopped pistachios gently.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with rose water and add milk/water until smooth but thick enough to drizzle.
