1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
3 large eggs (room temperature)
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
¾ cup brewed coffee
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch round cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
In a food processor, pulse the roasted hazelnuts until finely chopped but not powdered.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
In another bowl, beat eggs and melted butter until smooth; stir in brewed coffee.
