  • ¼ cup Galliano liqueur

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, vegetable oil, orange juice, vodka, and Galliano until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow cooling in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  7. For glaze: Mix powdered sugar with a splash of orange juice and drizzle over the cooled cake.
