Instructions

  3. In another bowl, beat softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, followed by molasses and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, alternating with milk until just combined.
  5. Fill cupcake liners about two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cooling before frosting.
