Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then mix in eggs one at a time. Add eggnog, nutmeg, and cinnamon until fully combined.
  3. Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for about 60 minutes or until slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least four hours.
  4. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; gradually add powdered sugar to achieve desired sweetness.
