Instructions

  3. In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, and melted butter until creamy. Gradually combine with dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. For the filling, mix softened butter, brown sugar, and more cinnamon in a small bowl; swirl into cupcake batter.
  5. Fill cupcake liners about two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow cupcakes to cool completely before frosting. Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and top each cupcake generously.
