  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out.
  6. Roll each dough ball in the cinnamon-sugar mixture before baking.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown; let cool slightly before serving.
