  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two round cake pans.
  2. Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package directions using eggs, oil, and water. Divide batter evenly between the pans.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before removing from pans.
  4. Layer one cooled cake with softened vanilla ice cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Place the second cake on top.
  5. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and heavy whipping cream until fluffy. Gradually add sugar until sweetened to taste.
