Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

  3. In a large bowl, cream the butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined; avoid overmixing.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and marshmallows gently.
  7. Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on wire racks before serving.
