  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In another bowl, beat eggs and mix in vanilla extract. Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a sticky dough.
  4. Divide dough into two logs on the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Cool slightly, slice diagonally into half-inch pieces, and return slices to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes until crisp.
  6. Melt chocolate chips and dip one end of each biscotti in chocolate; allow to set on parchment paper.
