Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

  3. In another bowl, mix granulated sugar and vegetable oil until well combined. Add eggs one at a time, whisking until smooth, then stir in vanilla extract.

  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough, roll into balls, and coat each ball in powdered sugar.
