  • 1 cup fresh cranberries

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
  4. Add eggs one at a time to the butter-sugar mixture. Mix in vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet mixture until just blended. Fold in cranberries gently.
  6. Divide batter between prepared pans and bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for ten minutes before transferring to wire racks.
