  • Powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper.

  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Scoop dough into balls and roll each in powdered sugar to coat.
  5. Place cookie balls on prepared baking sheets about two inches apart and bake for 10-12 minutes until cracks form on top.
  6. Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
