  • ¾ cup brown sugar, packed

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup sliced almonds

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually blend dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and sliced almonds until evenly mixed.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto prepared baking sheets about two inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden around the edges.
  8. Allow cookies to cool slightly before transferring to wire racks.
