  4. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full and top with a teaspoon of jelly.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow cooling before serving.
