  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
  4. Fold in dark, milk, and white chocolate chips.
  5. Drop rounded balls of dough onto prepared sheets about two inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
  6. Allow cooling on sheets for five minutes before transferring to wire racks.
