  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 18×13-inch baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs and mix in buttermilk, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients; stir until just mixed.
  5. Pour batter into prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. For frosting, cream softened butter with cocoa powder. Gradually add powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
