  • 2 tbsp culinary-grade matcha powder
  • 12 ladyfingers
  • 4 oz white chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup strong espresso or coffee
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients and brew strong espresso; let it cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, sifted matcha powder, and sugar until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream to soft peaks and gently fold into the matcha mixture.
  4. Dip ladyfingers quickly into espresso; layer them in a serving dish.
  5. Add a layer of the matcha mascarpone mixture on top of ladyfingers. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Drizzle melted white chocolate on top before serving.
